Refunds/Exchanges

All items and gift cards are final sale with the exception of items damaged during shipping.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take corrective action.

Exchange

To start an exchange for a damaged item, please send an email to contact@averyallure.com. If the exchange is accepted, a shipping label will be sent to you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once the damaged item is received, Avery Allure Beauty will ship out the new item. Items sent back to Avery Allure Beauty without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Refund
To start a refund for a damaged item, please send an email to contact@averyallure.com. Once your request is received, you will be notified whether or not your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
